Navigating to the place can be tricky, especially after dark. Steep stairs to the room might pose challenges, and the mattress felt a bit too firm for some.

The coffee maker in the room was a fantastic touch, especially for those early mornings sightseeing. it kept our energy up while exploring Venice.

The location was absolutely ideal, just a short stroll from St Mark's Basilica, making it easy to explore Venice's charm.

However, the mattress was a bit firmer than what we preferred, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Rodolfo was the best host ever! His cozy place was clean, charming, and had a perfect location. The breakfast options were delicious, but the street noise in the morning was a bit annoying for us late risers. 😊

this place was almost perfect, but with a mattress that's harder than a rock and mosquitoes keeping me up at night, I couldn’t really enjoy my stay. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but of course, that didn’t happen. just another average experience in an overrated hotel, I guess.

we had a fantastic stay at b&b residenza corte antica! the location was just perfect, only a 15-minute walk to st mark's basilica and the bridge. rodolfo was such a wonderful host, always available with great suggestions and tips. the breakfast selection was amazing, and the coffee was top-notch!

We had an amazing time with friends at this lovely spot! Highly recommend checking out the nearby art gallery and taking a gondola ride. Rodolfo was super helpful, giving us great tips and making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a fantastic variety of choices, and the room we stayed in had all the essentials we needed.

The only minor downside was the noise from the street, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to sound.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Bon Bon room—plenty of space and very well-equipped. The kids loved the variety of breakfast options, and Rodolfo was super helpful with directions to the best local spots. Such a warm atmosphere made our family trip special.

The Comfort Double Room was super cozy! It had all the essentials, and I loved the tea and coffee facilities. The bed was firm but comfy, and the shower was excellent. Plus, the shutters kept the room dark for a good night's sleep. Such a peaceful vibe despite being close to everything in Venice.
